"The One who attracts everything, the one who controls everything, the one who is everywhere and the one who is everything is known as Krishna "
Pages are not enough to tell the glory of Lord Krishna.
There is a separate Text to Tell about him. It is told elaborately about Lord Krishna in "Shree math Bagavatham"
King Pariksheeth - Son of Abimanyu, Grandson of Arjun, heard 'Shree math Bhagavatham' from Suga Maharishi - son of Vyasar[Who wrote Mahabharatha] in the last seven days before his death.
Krishna is a Great Gnani, and we can't forget his evergreen Smile.
From Birth to Death, Lord Krishna was always kept Smiling.
Generally, a child during his/her Birth used to Cry, But Lord Krishna born with a Smiling Face.
And at the time of his death also, He had his Beautiful smile. That is, he faced his death with Smiling Face.
During his Lifetime, So many insulted him, so many cursed him. Duryodhana, Saguni, Kandhari - Mother of Dhuryodhanan, Jarasandhan, Kamsan, also Arjun and Bheema had got anger with Krishna.
But at any critical Situation, he never Lost his Smile. In his Life, Whether Loss/Pain or Gain, He faced Everything with a Beautiful Smile.
He is the Real 'Punnagai Mannan'.
The following information is from Wikipedia;
"Traditional belief based on scriptural details and astrological calculations gives the date of Krishna's birth, known as Janmashtami, as either 18th or 21st July 3228 BCE."
