RAM AND SHIVAJI

This Event happened in 16 th century.

Year 1669 - Aurangazeb, The Sulthan of Delhi of that period,Ordered to

destroy viswanathar Temple at Kasi and the Temple was Destroyed.And, In

1670 he ordered to destroy Krishna Temple at Kasi ,and that temple was

also destroyed.

By These Events Chathrapathi Shivaji aroused More and build a huge army

against Aurangazeb and also attacked Enemies by "Guerrilla"

Method.Already he was fighting against Aurangazeb's Army for the freedom

of Maratha.

By seeing Shivaji and his army Strength Aurangazeb decided to arrest

Shivaji.

Shivaji was a Great Devotee of 'Goddess Bhavani' and his Guru Name is

"Samartha Rama dhasar".

He gave Respect to Saints and Devotees.

That was a Special Day - Shree Rama Navami.On that day Shivaji went to

Get Dharshan of 'Pandu Rangan'[Lord Vishnu] of Pandari Puram.which is

situated near Kolapur Near Pune.

Already Enemies were in eager to arrest Shivaji.By Hearing the arrival of

Shivaji to Pandari Puram - Pandu rangan Temple.They went there to arrest Shivaji.

Shivaji was inside the Temple.He worshipped Lord Pandu Rangan with

devotion.

At that time a Great Devotee of Pandu Rangan - 'Shree Dhukka Ram' was

there and he was singing Bhajans on Lord Pandu rangan.

After Finishing Worship Shivaji decided to Leave the Temple.

In the Mean while,through the spies, Shivaji heard that he was sorrounded

by his enemies.

He decided to escape through another way.

By Seeing Shivaji and with out knowing the situation ,Devotee Dhukkaram

told him to sit there and asked to Participate in the bhajans.

Since Shivaji has great respect on Dhukkaram,by saying no words he sat

there.

After some more minutes Some body told to Dhukkaram that Shivaji was

sorrounded by his enemies.

Dhukkaram understood that, Due to Respect and Love upon him, Shivaji Sat

there eventhough he know that he was in danger.

Dhukkaram Prayed to 'Lord PanduRangan' to Save Shivaji.

With hearty devotion Dhukkaram Praised 'Pandu Rangan' by singing Shree

Rama Nama.

Enemies Sorrounded and the Soldiers entered the Temple.

At this Time, That Miracle Happened.

To the Eyes of Soldiers,Every one inside the Temple Appeared as Shivaji

including Dhukkaram.

They got confused and left that place.

After they Went, Shivaji Paid thanks to Dhukkaram, got the Blessing from

him and returned from Temple.
